Who is SIGHT for?

After a brain injury, people may have problems noticing things on one side of their world, usually the side where they have lost their movement (the affected side). The name of this condition is spatial neglect or inattention. The purpose of the therapy is to reduce symptoms of spatial neglect and increase attention to the affected side.

SIGHT is for anyone who wants to use the therapy. This might include:

  • Clinicians (e.g., occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists) or those working with individuals with spatial neglect
  • Researchers
  • Family or carers of those with spatial neglect
  • Individuals with spatial neglect
